Jon Hartman is a trusted insurance and benefits advisor who brings decades of senior executive leadership experience to helping individuals and businesses protect what matters most. As Vice President of Integrated Benefit Solutions Group Inc., Jon combines a practical, people-first approach with deep operational insight to deliver tailored employee benefits strategies, while also advising clients on Medicare, life insurance, and health insurance solutions.
Before entering the benefits space, Jon built a career leading large-scale operations, managing complex organizations, and driving performance across broad teams and geographies. That experience gives him a unique perspective on the challenges employers, employees, and families face when making important coverage and benefits decisions.
His background also includes extensive experience negotiating healthcare and benefits programs for large, unionized workforces, including employee groups represented by major labor organizations such as the United Steelworkers.
Jon is known for aligning benefit solutions with real-world business priorities, helping clients simplify complexity and make confident, informed choices.
